The RehaCom system includes many therapy procedures (modules). Each procedure has a short name of 4 letters. Parts of them are appropriate for specific therapy, other parts support pragmatic therapy.
For an easy overview the therapy procedures are divided into several groups.
Group "Attention"
consists of:
- Alertness - AKRE, REVE, REA1
- Vigilance - VIGI
- Visual-spatial attention - RAUM, VRO1, RO3D, KONS
- Selective attention - AUFM
- Divided attention - GEAU, GEA2
Group "Memory"
consists of:
- Topological memory - MEMO
- Verbal memory - VERB
- Memory for words - WORT
- Figural memory - BILD
- Physiognomic memory - GESI
Group "Executive Functions"
consists of:
- Shopping - EINK
- Plan a day - PLAN
- Logical reasoning - LODE
- Calculations - CALC
Gruppe "Berufliche Rehabilitation"
besteht aus:
- Übungen Aufmerksamkeit - BAUF
- Übungen Gedächtnis - GEDA
- Übungen Exekutivfunktionen - EXFU
Für Betroffene einer Hirnschädigung nach Schlaganfall oder Schädel-Hirn-Trauma spielt die berufliche Wiedereingliederung eine größe Rolle. Bei Untersuchungen wurde festgestellt, dass Umschüler oft ein vorbereitendes Training der Aufmerksamkeit, des Gedächtnisses und der Exekutivfunktionen benötigen.
Eine weitere Zielgruppe für die Trainingsverfahren der Gruppe sind Menschen in Behinderteneinrichtungen und psychisch Kranke.
